SwitchBot is broadening its smart home play with a new lighting series that supports Matter-over-WiFi. From my experience with the brand’s ecosystem, this is the missing piece that lets its sensors, locks, and hubs work in concert with lights without vendor lock-in. World first: a Matter-over-WiFi candle warmer lamp

Instead of a flame, SwitchBot’s candle warmer lamp gently melts wax for aroma without smoke or soot. It fits candles up to 9.5 cm in diameter and 14 cm high, with adjustable brightness and timers. I see this pairing nicely with routines—dim lights, play a chill playlist, and let scent fill the room—minus the safety worries of open fire.

Across the lineup you get 16 million colors, 26 presets, 8 effects, and a rated 25,000 hours. Matter certification means color, brightness, and temperature work natively with major platforms, and every light supports local control without internet for faster response and better privacy. Integration with SwitchBot Presence Sensor, Lock Ultra, or Hub 3 enables adaptive scenes that react to daily routines.
